A friend shared a new discovery she made on tiktok, pet snails. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Just about an hour later browsing twitter I came across a tweet talking about a machine which in a “human” (or should I say snailing?) way extracts or collects the goo from the snails. The goo is then used to improve your skin. Obviously.

The universe spoke to me. Putting two and two together, soon I expect there will beauty influencers making videos of their snail therapy, which is actually a home skin therapy, having their pet snail crawling all over the face. Maybe there is even a business opportunity here? Snail Therapy Salons. After a quick search, it already exists of course, mostly in Asia it seems.

Here is the current state of things:

  1. Ingredient becomes popular → ✅ (already happened)
  2. Experience becomes viral → ⚠️ (partially happening)
  3. Influencers push DIY version with pet snail → 🔄 (not fully there yet)

Conclusion: we are still early.

Anyway, this was another opportunity to try out the latest ChatGPT Images 2.0 and its text generation quality.

And it’s good. Really good. All the texts are rendered perfectly it seems.

Below you’ll find the logo and menu in case I ever open a Snail Therapy Salon.
